Delivery Policy

Loft Blinds offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50.

1. Delivery Timescales

1. 1. Loft Blinds delivers only to UK postcodes.
   2. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. Orders for under £50 are charged at £4.80.
   3. Fast delivery items will be delivered within 2-4 working days, if ordered before 3pm.
   4. Standard VELUX blind deliveries take 5-7 working days.
   5. Special orders (e.g., solar, electric, or 'Colour By You' blinds) may require longer delivery times.
   6. A delivery estimate for each blind will be provided in your shopping basket, and confirmed delivery dates will be provided once your order has been placed.

2. Exceptions & Delays

2. 1. External factors such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues may cause unavoidable delays.
   2. No deliveries take place on weekends or public/bank holidays.

3. Missed Deliveries

3. 1. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery and have not provided prior instructions, the order will return to the depot.
   2. Two delivery attempts are included. A £5 charge applies for each additional attempt beyond this.
   3. Redirection of orders after dispatch will also incur a £5 charge.
